Our Morgen and Keynote Presenter

The Breath of Nine Maidens:
Personal Transformation and the Path of the Ninefold

With Jhenah Telyndru

Come explore the Ninefold Way of Avalon as we remember what is known about the Ninefold Sisterhoods of Celtic myth and legend, reclaim the hidden pathways represented by the Nine Morgens of Avalon, and renew their empowering lessons in our lives. Together we will examine how the energies of the Ninefold teach us empowering ways to serve ourselves, our communities, and the Goddesses of Avalon by identifying and manifesting our authentic calling. Finally, we will collectively journey to the Otherworld to connect with, and seek the guidance of, the Nine Morgens themselves.

Jhenah Telyndru is the founder and Morgen of the Sisterhood of Avalon, and has been walking a Pagan path for over 30 years. Her published works include “Avalon Within: A Sacred Journey of Myth, Mystery, and Inner Wisdom”, “The Avalonian Oracle”, “Seasons of Sovereignty”, and several forthcoming books, the first of which is an exploration of the Goddess Rhiannon. She has been presenting workshops internationally since 1997, and facilitates transformational journeys to sacred sites in the British Isles with Mythic Seeker Spiritual Pilgrimages. Jhenah holds a master’s degree in Celtic Studies from the University of Wales, Trinity St. David. She welcomes your contact through her website: www.ynysafallon.com

Mother Wit:
For When It Feels Like The/Your World Is Coming To An End

With Elizabeth Cunningham

Through storytelling, humor, and song, Maeve Rhuad (aka the Celtic Magdalen) and Elizabeth Cunningham (aka the reluctant activist) will draw on their experiences to address the times, personal and political, that try women’s souls. They will touch on such topics as how to discern what cause is calling you–and what isn’t. Saying yes–and no. Holding on–and letting go. They intend for this presentation to include discussion, singing, and, they hope, some hollering and foot-stomping!
